 The act is by a Prefectoral Order signed by the Senior Divisional Ofiicer of Mezam, NGUELE NGUELE Felix on the 11th of March 2015.
The title is "Homologation of Mr. Boma James Akum as 3rd Class Chief of Baforkum Village, Bambui in Tubah Sub Division, Mezam Division, North West Region".
The body of the text reads inter alia, " Considering the minutes of  the Chieftaincy Consultative talks held at the Baforkum Fon`s Palace on the 27th of April 2014 to designate Mr. BOMA James AKUM as 3rd  Class Chief of Baforkum Village in Bambui, Tubah Sub Division".
The text continues thus "
- ARTICLE 1: That with effect from the date of signature of this order, the designation in accordance with the regulations in force of Mr. BOMA James AKUM as 3rd Class Chief of Baforkum Village, in Bambui,
Tubah Sub Division, Mezam Division of the North West Region, in  replacement of Mr. AKYUMACHE (Deceased) is hereby approved.
- ARTICLE 2: That Mr. BOMA James AKUM is therefore entitled to benefit  from all the allowances as stipulated in Articles 22 and 24 of Decree Number 77/245 of 15 July 1977 bearing on the reorganization of
traditional chieftaincies as modified and completed by Decree Number 2013/332 of 13 September 2013.
- ARTICLE 3: That this order shall be registered and communicated  wherever and whenever necessary."
