Word Processing Using Microsoft 2007/2013: Typing and Arranging Your First Document. The letter and guidelines below will help you.

In respect of our request to you to include the following Computer Science textbook

Practical Computer Education                                                         Class

1.    MS Windows10                                                                             Form one
2.    Microsoft Office                                                                             Form two
3.    Internet                                                                                         Form three

We hereby hope students comply with 21st century education:

1.    The Computer Science textbook Practical Computer Education authored by Coni T. Tawong and approved by the Ministry of Secondary Education (MINESEC) Yaoundé–Cameroon with themes aimed at advancing computer science education in our country.

2.    We are permitted by law which authorizes us full power and right (in and out of Bamenda) to instruct or advise you to use Practical Computer Education to study Computer software programs, Operating systems or Internet etc.

3.    We will recommend and agree to keep you and your students, staffs or auxiliary staffs effectively assured against any actions, suits, claims, demands, proceedings, governmental prosecutions, losses, damages, compensations, sums of money, costs (including solicitor and client costs), charges, interests, judgments, court order or other liabilities whatsoever which you and your staff, auxiliary staffs may incur.

Guidelines for Typing
1)   Before typing the first line, press the Enter key two times. This is done to leave a line blank before you begin the letter text. Wherever you need to leave a line blank after a text portion, just press the Enter key twice.
After typing the text, Dated: 7th May 2015, press the Enter key two times. After the text M/s Tobby Vision Computers Ltd., you need to press the Enter key just once. However, the Enter key would be pressed twice after the lines Bamenda, Dear Sir, RE: LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION, In respect of our request to you to include the following Computer Science textbook. Also press the Enter key twice after each paragraph and at the end of the third paragraph and after the text Dated:_______________
2)   When the text in your current line ends before attaining the set line width, and you have to start a new line, then just press the Enter key once and start typing text in a new line. For example:
a)      Type M/s Tobby Vision Computers Ltd
b)      Then press the Enter key. The blinking line (Cursor) now shifts to the next line.
c)      Now type Bamenda, which gets displayed in the next line.
3)   After you type Dear Sir in your document, a box gets displayed before you with a message, Dear Sir or Madam. Ignore it by pressing Esc key. Now, press the Enter key twice for leaving one line blank.
4)   For typing the subject of the letter, i.e. RE: LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION in capitals, undertake the following steps:
a)      Press the Caps Lock key of your keyboard once. This sets the Caps Lock ON.
b)      Now type the text RE: LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION.
Next, again press the Caps Lock key once for turning the capital mode off. Thereafter, press the Enter key two times before typing the next line. In respect of our request to you to include the following Computer Science textbook. After this line, again press the Enter key twice.
5)   Press the Spacebar key of your keyboard once to create a space between two words such as PRACTICAL and COMPUTER or between a serial number and the text following it, such as 1. Computer Science textbook authored by Coni T. Tawong.
6)   Sometimes you may need to type a word in the same line, after leaving some spaces. For example, the word Class has to be displayed some spaces after the text Practical Computer Education. To undertake this task, carry out the following steps:
a)      Type the text Practical Computer Education
b)      Now press the Tab key 5 times from the keyboard. This action takes the cursor five spaces away from its position.
c)      Then type the word Class. It gets displayed at the desired place.
7)   Now follow the steps given below for typing the line 1. Practical Computer Education.
a)      Press the Enter key two times after the word Class.
b)      Type the text 1. MS Windows10
c)      Then press the Tab key five times.
d)     Type Form one.
e)      Press the Enter key only once.
f)       Type the other two lines, i.e. 2. Microsoft Office…(press Tab key five times)  Form two and 3. Internet…(press Tab key five times) Form three in same manner.
Now press the Enter key twice and type the next line We are permitted by law which…:. Again press the Enter key twice.
8)        Now, type the text 1. The Computer Science textbook… without worrying whether you have to stop at the end of the current line before moving onto the next line. As soon as your current line gets filled, the text automatically wraps to the next line. Now press the Enter key two times and enter other lines of text, i.e. We will recommend and agree to keep… in the similar manner.
9)        If you have typed a wrong letter, or pressed the Enter key by mistake then press the Backspace key from the keyboard to delete the incorrect letter, the extra space or the line.
After you have typed Signed by Coni T. Tawong:, press and hold Ctrl then Dash key (-) twelve to fifteen times. You will see that a line gets displayed on the screen.
10)    Press the Tab key just once, then type the text to be displayed in the same line, in our case Dated. Similarly, draw a line after the text. Write the rest of the text in the same manner. Hope, after going through the typing tips described in the above steps, you will type the letter quickly. So, don’t wait, just type the letter.
