Friends, I am going to be very
deliberate and I will pick and choose my words for reason of clarity, resolve,
mission and purpose. It serves no useful purpose to whine and moan regarding
the solid fact that the following 02 items are related. They have always been
related.
1. When top officials of the Biya
establishment fraud and rig every public examination in the horizon, like the
recent IRIC Entrance, they end up with an overflow of very corrupt graduates -
customs officials, magistrates, tax-collectors,
teachers, diplomats, etc. These people, usually the children and relatives of
the high and mighty in the Biya regime, entered ENAM and the rest of the
professional schools through corruption and fraud, you see. They can only
deploy their thieving practices to the field and thereby eternalize the already
very corrupt Camerounese system.
2.
Anglophone Cameroon (politically correct) to speak of Southern Cameroons has
always been the dumping ground for the surplus children of the corrupt who,
upon graduating from ENAM, etc...are now deployed to practice their corruption
culture the courts ( for example) in anglophone Cameroon where they demand that
anglophone users of these courts must now speak French to suit their whims and
caprices. My point is simple. There is a time to whine and complain and there
is a time to end the nonsense.
