Tobby Vision Computers Ltd is requesting for sponsorship from willing NGOs and government agencies to
fight reduce corruption in Cameroon by organizing a seminar to train Divisional Officers,
Senior Divisional Officers, Governors, Police Commissioners, Brigade Commanders
and Mayors in Cameroon on the following.

- Ø Desktop Publising Softwares
- Ø Printing & Colour Separations
- Ø Appreciation & Approval of papers, materials and colours printed on these materials
This is because; we have observed bad governance due
to certification of fake documents by these officials because of lack contemporary
digital knowledge. We would train them to identify fake documents just without
any tool like a butcher who cuts and weighs a kilogram of meat without a
weighing scale and it comes out exactly when weighed.
