Chiefs Declare To Fight Boko Haram With Witchcraft

Traditional leaders of Ngoura are demanding permission from the Head of State, Paul BIYA, to launch a deadly mystical attack against the Boko Haram sect. The traditional rulers made this declaration recently during their gathering last Sunday in the Ngoura Sub Division of Lom and Djerem Division, East Region of Cameroon.
According to reports, these traditional chiefs have proposed to launch thunder lightning to kill all the fighters of Boko Haram. Ahmadou, the traditional group leader explains: "From our homes, we can perform traditional acts and call on thunder lightning and launch it to deal seriously with evil or guilty individuals and group of persons. But we cannot send it to some one that is innocent of evil deeds. We want to ask the Head of State to give us permission to launch thunder lightning to wipe out the members of Boko Haram".
The traditional leaders say they were demonstrating their undivided support to the Head of State of Cameroon, the national army and Cameroon as a whole in the battle against the Nigerian terrorist group Boko Haram.
It should also be noted that Michael S. Hoza, United State's Ambassador to Cameroon, in a press release, said he is offering the price of $7million, an equivalence of 3.5 billion francs CFA to anyone who kills Boko Haram's leader - Abubakar Shekau. This was reported by the news site Koaci.
According to the newspaper, the US Ambassador explained that this amount of money is a price tag for the head of Abubakar Shekau justified by the fact that the sect has become "synonymous with global and fanatical Islamism and barbaric terrorism".
"Apart from the physical manifestations of violence, the Nigerian jihadists also encourage moral violence, asking people to give up their identity and embrace their teachings, which are that of evil. Now, acting as a guarantor of religious truths against innocent people, Boko Haram openly recruit young people, compelling them to carry out crime against humanity while telling them that they are fighting a course for Islam. This is unforgivable," said Michael S. Hoza.
