Traditionalists Do Not Divulge Secrets To Outsiders Particularly White Outsiders.

Gong - Local ICT Tool

In Wimbum area, there are stories that proliferate how our great grand parents chased away whites with their hospitals with reasons that they were bringing diseases. When young people who love modernism hear these stories and see how the areas where these projects which were driven by the Fons and title holders of Mbum finally established are developed, they feel some regret. But if they know the secret why they would instead be happy.
Traditionalists have a way of detecting modern ICT tools and can't inadventently divulge something during normal conversation to anybody. If they mistakenly do so, they would have to bear the consequences.

In the early 20th century in some wimbum villages in Cameroon, wolves in sheep clothing sent their ambassador to the traditionalists (sheep), desiring that there might be peace between them for the time to come. “Why,” said the wolves “should we be forever waging this deadly strife? Those wicked jujus, charms, etc are the cause of all; they are ceaselessly affecting us, and disturbing converts from coming to us. Stop practicing that, gather them and burn them all – send the charms and bags away and there will be no longer any obstacle to our eternal friendship and peace.” The silly traditionalists (sheep) listened, and some of the charms and bags were destroyed and burnt, and the masses thus deprived of their best protectors, became an easy prey to their deceitful enemy who is now having modern charms, bags, jujus etc. Some of the sheep recognized the wolves and refused their smoke screen charms, bags, jujus which were made to appear modern.
