Dear Clients,
I am happy to announce that, in line
with our mission to make the lives of our customers a whole lot bright, MTN
Cameroon is restructuring its tariff plans to provide you more time and
flexibility for your communications with your close ones, and to enable you
better carry out your projects.
The new “MTN Freedom” offers which MTN Cameroon is launching this Friday 28
November 2014 will enable you to benefit advantageous tariffs of up to 30Francs
CFA per call minute, billed at 0.5francs CFA per second.
Our willingness since the
implantation of MTN in Cameroon in 2000 has always been to offer Cameroonians
simple, innovative and affordable solutions to meet their communication needs. Moreover,
we have always wanted to ensure we propose the most advantageous tariffs each
time our operation cost makes this possible.
Thanks to our constantly reduced
prices, the communication minute that stood at 600francs CFA, 14 years ago, now
costs 20 times less, today. We have therefore rendered the telephone, a device
erstwhile considered as a luxury good reserved for the privilege few, into a
digit
al tool affordable for use by all. We are therefore proud to have
contributed towards opening up the remotest areas, to have assisted the
boosting of relationships between communities, and to have participated in the
improvement of competiveness of small and large scale enterprises.
Today, we intend to go even further
with you. MTN Freedom offers you the
lowest tariffs in the Cameroon market place and is moreover amongst the most
competitive in Africa. We offer you more time to talk to further build your
relationships with your close ones, and enable you to better carry out your
projects. Obviously, it is always our wish to ensure that, future communications
are made even more accessible than today.
Dear Clients,
You are now a bit more than 11
million to bestow your confidence on us in the 10 regions of Cameroon. On behalf
of MTN, I say thank you for this trust for which we are honoured and further
motivated. I hereby renew our commitment to always listen to you so as to offer
you the best which you rightfully deserve from MTN.
Welcome to the New World.
