Expression Of Gratitude And Support To His Excellency President Paul Biya, Head Of State By The Tubah Union For Peace, Progress, Prosperity And Power On The Occasion Of The Extraordinary General Assembly

Considering the dramatic creation of The University of Bamenda which, in his own words, President Paul Biya, described as the uplifting of E.N.S Annex Bambili to a full fletched University,

Considering the Presidential Decree creating eleven Schools and Faculties in the University of Bamenda at once which was unprecedented in the creation of State Universities,

Considering the rapid putting in place of these schools and faculties,

Considering the fact that the major faculties of Arts, Law and Political Sciences, Economics and Management have gone operational in the same location,

We, the Tubah Union for Peace, Progress, Prosperity and Power (TUP4) comprising Elite, Traditional Rulers, Landlords, Economic Operators and everyone living or working in Tubah irrespective of origin, tribe, religious or political affiliation, hereby express our sincere gratitude to President Paul Biya.

Firmly resolve to continue supporting the President in all his endeavours and to assist the Government in all possible ways to make the University of Bamenda, the University of the future.

May God grant President Paul Biya continuous good health and the wisdom in making education the primary, focal point of Cameroon's emergence into the world of developed nations.
