Arrests of SCNC ACTIVISTS

From Njousi Abang in the Post Newspaper Buea
Komrades,
My attention was drawn to the fact that Dr Nfor Ngala Nfor, leader of the SCNC was arrested this afternoon along with six others (some of whom are Messrs Ngwa Simon, County Chairperson for Meme, Kang Andrew, County Chairperson for Fako, Ofon Peter, Ndung Emmanuel, Febstac Eric and the Southern Zone leader whose name I could not get) at Pa Kang Andrew's residence in Molyko - Buea, SW Region of Cameroon. Dr Nfor Ngala Nfor had just arrived the town and was about to settle down to eat his lunched when he was picked up without an arrest warrant and barred from eating anything. I gathered he had just come to pay an impromptu courtesy visit to the Region this afternoon. He had actually hinted Mola Njoh that he was in town and was going to pay him a visit at 6 p.m. but this visit has not been realized because he is now languishing in the Judiciary Police cell with some SCNC activists who gathered around him to welcome him as soon as he arrived. When I went to the scene, the wife of Pa Kang, the host, informed me that three commissioners of police, the DO of Buea with a contingent of policemen armed to the teeth stormed their residence with five vehicles in combat ready gear at about three thirty p.m. today, searched their house and arrested her guest who was about to eat some food which she had served him and his entourage. I saw the food which the seven of them had been served to eat still standing there most of which was untouched. The children and neighbours who had gathered were mournfully looking around for anybody who could listen to their pathetic tale. Many questions arise fro
m these constant arrests of SCNC activists: Is this the dialogue which the African Human Rights Court in Banjul - The Gambia recommended? What harm did these personalities commit that they should be arrested at gun-point? Why is one person and some peace loving compatriots, who desire justice for a troubled country, constantly arrested at homes when they are eating or discussing? Where do we go with this unlawful acts perpetuated against our compatriots? The slogan of SCNC seek justice through peaceful means. They have been to courts to seek justice but there is a huge impediment posed by the government of Cameroun. As I write, Pa Kang's child has just taken a pullover and some other food items to give the father at the cell because he has not been very healthy of late.

Preventing Iran From Acquiring A Nuclear Weapon

Today, the United States, together with our allies and partners, reached a historic understanding with Iran.
If fully implemented, this framework will prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon, making our nation, our allies, and our world safer.
For decades, Iran has been advancing its nuclear program. When I took office, Iran was operating thousands of centrifuges -- which can produce the materials for a nuclear bomb -- and was concealing a secret nuclear facility. I made it clear that the United States was prepared to find a diplomatic resolution, if Iran came to the table in a serious way.
But that didn't happen.
So we rallied the world to impose the toughest sanctions in history, profoundly impacting Iran's economy. Sanctions couldn't stop Iran's nuclear program on their own, but they helped bring Iran to the negotiating table.
And after many months of tough and principled diplomacy, the United States -- joined by the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Russia, China, and the European Union -- achieved the framework for a deal that will cut off every pathway Iran could take to develop a nuclear weapon.
First, it stops Iran from pursuing a bomb using plutonium, because Iran will not develop weapons-grade plutonium. The core of its reactor at Arak will be dismantled and replaced. The spent fuel from that facility will be shipped out of Iran for the life of the reactor. Iran will not build a new heavy-water reactor. And Iran will never reprocess fuel from its existing reactors.
Second, it shuts down Iran's path to a bomb using enriched uranium. Iran has agreed to reduce its installed centrifuges by two-thirds. It will no longer enrich uranium at its Fordow facility, and it will not enrich uranium with its advanced centrifuges for at least the next 10 years. And the vast majority of its stockpile of enriched uranium will be neutralized.
Third, it provides the best possible defense against Iran's ability to pursue a nuclear weapon in secret. Iran has agreed to the most robust and intrusive inspections and transparency regime ever negotiated for any nuclear program in history. International inspectors will have unprecedented access not only to Iranian nuclear facilities, but to the entire supply chain that supports Iran's nuclear program -- from uranium mills that provide the raw materials, to the centrifuge production and storage facilities that support the program.
If Iran cheats, the world will know.
In return for Iran's actions, the international community has agreed to provide Iran with relief from certain sanctions -- our own sanctions, and international sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council. This relief will be tied to the steps Iran takes to adhere to the deal. And if Iran violates the deal, sanctions can be snapped back into place. Meanwhile, other American sanctions on Iran -- for its support of terrorism, its human rights abuses, and its ballistic missile program -- will be fully enforced.
Now, our work is not yet done. Negotiators will continue to work through the details of how this framework will be fully implemented, and those details matter. And let me be clear: If Iran backslides, and the verification and inspection mechanisms don't meet the specifications of our nuclear and security experts, there will be no deal.
But if we can get this done, and Iran follows through on the framework that our negotiators agreed to, we will be able to peacefully resolve one of the gravest threats to the security of our nation, our allies, and the world.
Learn more about today's historic deal and how it will make the United States, our allies, and our world safer:
Thank you,
President Barack Obama

Apostle John Chi Boycotts Mother’s Funeral

In its edition of 31 March 2015 The Independent Observer, a Bamenda base newspaper says the absence of Apostle John Chi to bury the mother has raised trillions of questions as per why he could not be at the burial ceremony of the mother, when he is next door in the South West Region and not abroad. The paper further wondered aloud why he did not put his mother in the mortuary to finish what he was doing to be present for the burial. To the publisher/editor, readers and those asking the trillion questions know the truth below which can answer your questions and set you free.
Why Men of God (Prophets, Apostles, Bishops, Pastors, Evangelists etc) who are not born again perform miracles.
The Bible says that in the last day God drove them.  This is because they have the Holy Ghost but are not born again. You can have the Holy Ghost, perform miracles and still go to hell. Remember it is Jesus Christ who said unless a man be born again, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. The kingdom of God is the body of believers i.e. those who have received the word of God and believed it in their hearts. “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abided forever.” (1Peter1:23).
How To Become Born Again or how to Receive the Word of God
“Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them. And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did. For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed. And there was great joy in that city. But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one. To whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God. And to him they had regard, because that of long time he had bewitched them with sorceries. But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women. Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done. Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John: Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost: (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.) Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost. (Acts 8:5–17)
The Mystery With
i)                    Having the Holy Ghost and being born again and
ii)                  Having the Holy Ghost and not being born again
If you be born again as prescribed in the scripture above, you will go to heaven. You will enter the kingdom of God – the royal seed of Abraham. And if you have the Holy Ghost and be born again you will enter God’s kingdom. But having the Holy Ghost without being born again you can’t enter the kingdom of Heaven.
The Independent observer in one of articles in the same edition titled “Appreciating A Mother He Never Cared To Bury” (For Apostle John Chi) says one of the arguments gaining grounds against most Pentecostal Christians is that they justify all their acts, including neglect of fellow humans and extreme covetousness. Of course, this argument has some substance. I once asked Mr. X that if you are sheep and with other sheep and later you discover that the other sheep are wolves wearing sheep clothing what will he do. I think the best thing is just to run away – to be like the fundamentalist because if you tolerate they will chop you. The Pentecostals pray shouting, they send the Holy Ghost Fire to these wolves, they perform miracles etc but with all these it will not be enough if they are not born again.
It is a well known fact that the testament becomes effective when the testator is dead. Now these Pentecostals who shout Holy Ghost fire! Holy Ghost fire! And say their church began on Pentecost day when the Holy Ghost descended on the apostles. Now to these Pentecostals: Why was Mary again in the room with the apostles waiting to receive the Holy Ghost when the Bible records that Mary had the Holy Ghost already even John the Baptist “For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother’s womb (Luke1:15) If John was filled with the Holy Ghost from his mother’s womb before Jesus was born, the Holy Ghost did not start to come on people only on Pentecost day. So Pentecostal Christians have missed something. To conclude, all congregations are misleading and the only thing that will save somebody is to receive the Word of God as prescribed in Acts 8:5–17. The works of mercy as prescribed by the catechism or the African tradition or the Holy Spirit without being born again can’t cause somebody to enter the kingdom of God.
